1. So how does this work?

You ship me all the records that you want transferred including a note that tells me your contact information and what format you want your records transferred to. Once the records are transferred I will email you an invoice that includes the cost of return shipping. Once I see that I am paid I will mail your records along with your transfer recordings back to you.

2. How much does this cost?

The cost is a flat $5 per record up to 49 records. Orders that require 50 or more transfers are eligible for a discount. Since each order is different I will have to evaluate them on a case by case basis to determine the discount received.

3. Can you transfer 45's or 78's?

Not at this time.

4. How long will my order take?

Your order can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, depending on the size of it. There is a lot that goes into cleaning the audio files, which I do manually, and that is a time consuming activity. I do have an Order Status page though where you'll always be able to see what record I'm currently transferring and how many more records I have to go.

5. What if I am not satisfied?

This is my return policy. If for any reason you're not happy with the transfer I will refund your money 100%. No questions asked, no fussing made, I will accept that I didn't live up to your expectations and I will refund all of your money, including shipping.

6. What formats can I request a transfer to?

Any format that is out there, with the exception of another vinyl or tape. I will transfer to CD, DVD-A, mp3, flac, ogg, aac, or any other digital format you request, just let me know what you want.

7. Can I transfer to more than one format? Will it cost extra?

Depending on what you want it may cost extra, email me for details.

8. What if my disc stops working or I lose it? Will it cost extra to get a replacement?

No. If for any reason you delete your files, scratch your CD, leave your DVD-A in the car, lose your disc, whatever, I will replace it at no extra cost. All I ask is that you pay the shipping.

9. So do I get anything besides a CD-R or a DVD-A?

At this time no. I am not set up to do packaging. You will receive a generic CD-R or DVD-R in a generic jewel case. I should be able to get set up for printing labels and sleeves inside booklets within the next 6 months though. Check back for updates.
